Eliminating the stigma that forces people into silence is the first step to successfully improving the mental health of people across Canada.
Just like we all have physical health, we all have mental health. And if we ALL have it, why don’t we all talk about it?
This year for Mental Health Week, let’s #GetLoud about what mental health really is: celebrating the ups in life, while also coping with the downs. It’s about living life to the fullest, while also taking a few moments to breathe during those overwhelming days.
