When you tour Sullivan’s Pond & Canal Greenway Park, and you see the Sawmill River Daylighting project – you understand why investing in good infrastructure matters!
I was pleased to show Infrastructure Minister, François-Philippe Champagne the results of the Government of Canada investment to daylight Sawmill River and make improvements to the area. James Campbell of Halifax Water was on hand and explained the greater details of the project.
The weather wasn’t on our side, but I was delighted by the Minister’s enthusiasm to continue supporting infrastructure projects in Dartmouth-Cole Harbour!
