Joined by Minister Lawrence MacAulay and PS Darrell Samson, I visited the Stalker 22 Memorial at 12-Wing Shearwater.

With a lump in my throat, I laid a wreath in memory of the 6 fallen Canadian Armed Forces members who died when CH-148 Cyclone, call-sign Stalker 22, crashed into the Ionian Sea.

This tragedy rocked our province, our country, already in mourning—and I know that we will always remember them.
