I had the BEST visit to Ian Forsyth Elementary School today. These grade 6 kids are brilliant.

They asked thoughtful, engaged questions about what it’s like to be a Member of Parliament, and how I was nominated. They asked me why I entered politics, and how politicians get ready for upcoming elections.

And of course, we talked a lot about the environment. Like most young Canadians, they agreed that the environment is the most important issue in our country.
