It’s Mental Health week, and the CMHA National / ACSM National are asking folks to #GetReal about how we really feel.

Mental health is a crucial part of our personal well-being. Life during the pandemic has not been easy, and we recognize that so many are experiencing feelings of uncertainty, isolation, and sometimes fear. Now, perhaps more than ever, we need to recognize the considerable strain that these difficult circumstances have placed on us, our families, and our mental health.

Yesterday, the Prime Minister announced that our government is investing over $240 million in online healthcare to expand existing online tools and create new virtual platforms for mental health and primary care.
