Yesterday I had the pleasure of thanking Rowena Hardy for the great work she does in Dartmouth-Cole Harbour.
When an explosion and fire left three families out of their homes on Princess Margaret Boulevard in Dartmouth, Rowena immediately took action. She lead a community initiative to collect donations and ensured that each family was taken care of.
Her kindness and compassion for others only serves to make our community a better place.
