As the sun was setting, and the procession drove by, we welcomed Sub-Lt. Abbigail Cowbrough back home to Dartmouth-Cole Harbour. Collectively, our hearts go out to her loved ones and friends. And we’re deeply thankful for her service. #WeRemember
