Dartmouth’s Lake Banook just won the right to host the Canoe Sprint World Championships in 2022 under the theme “Come Paddle with Us”.
Congratulations to Mayor Savage, the folks at Colour, and CanoeKayak Canada Atlantic for this successful bid.
Paddling is a proud Dartmouth tradition and I couldn’t be more proud of your efforts.
This will be an incredible time for athletes from 70 countries and a super time for the folks in the City of Lakes!
