Fifteen years later, we honour and remember Petty Officer Second Class Craig Blake

Today marks 15 years since we lost Petty Officer Second Class Craig Blake.

Craig was a husband, a father, a coach, and a friend. He was the kind of person who showed up—at the rink, in his community, and for his country.

I’ve heard stories from those who knew him best, and what always stands out is his kindness. His sense of duty. And most of all, his deep love for his family.

Fifteen years later, we honour his service, we hold his loved ones in our hearts, and we remind ourselves of the kind of person he was.
