Wow, wow! Iain is an incredible baker, focusing on gluten-free and dairy-free baked goods in Dartmouth (but you would never know they were GF!).
You can find his baked goods at the Alderney Landing Farmer’s Market – but get there early!
Iain is a young entrepreneur on the autism spectrum, and is a big fan of the Ready, Willing and Able program.
