Just signed: The Province of Nova Scotia will receive OVER $828 MILLION from the Government of Canada, through the Investing in Canada Infrastructure plan!
This means that Nova Scotia will receive:
Over $289M for Public Transit
Over $381M in Green Infrastructure
Over $51M in Community, Culture and Recreation Infrastructure
Over $101M in Rural Nova Scotian Communities
I’m so pleased to see this new bilateral agreement signed. The Government of Canada and the Government of Nova Scotia are working together to build inclusive communities, create economic growth, and support a low carbon, green economy, which we know will led to a higher quality of life for Nova Scotians!
