ICYMI: Last week I announced $11.3 million to provide better housing support for Survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in Nova Scotia through the Canada Housing Benefit.

Plus, through our agreement the province will cost match the funding.

There is a deep relationship between Gender-Based Violence and housing insecurity—we must do everything we can to ensure that Survivors of GBV are supported.
