When I look back on some of my favourite infrastructure projects we’ve supported, the Sullivan’s Pond revitalization and Sawmill Creek/River daylighting project come to mind.
This waterway was buried after Hurricane Beth brought floods to our city. But this new, safe infrastructure is not only built to keep our community safe, it’s there to provide safe fish passage too!
Who knew that a storm sewer replacement that provides safe fish passage could be so beautiful?
Shout out to the city as they’re moving forward on phase 2 of this project. Dartmouth is beautiful.
