I know that pension security matters to folks in Dartmouth-Cole Harbour. And I know that too many have faced difficult circumstances and reduced benefits when Sears Canada faced insolvency and left an underfunded pension plan. Bankruptcies also cause challenges for small businesses and other creditors that are owed money.
