It was so great to meet Dartmouth’s Michayla Ryan. Michayla stopped by to present me with the War Amps 100th anniversary commemorative stamp.
The War Amps was formed following the First World War to assist amputee veterans. These days, the War Amps assists all amputees, including youth like Michayla.
Michayla is giving back to our community by taking on the role of safety ambassador through The War Amps Child Amputee (CHAMP) program. Thanks for all your hard work Michayla!!
