Tired of the gridlock in Burnside? Me too.

PM Justin Trudeau joined us in Dartmouth-Cole Harbour and officially announced the Burnside Connector project!

We’re investing up to $86.5 million to get the bypass built, quickly connecting Burnside in Dartmouth to Sackville and Bedford.

As you know, I’ve been advocating for this project for about a decade, since my days as a Councillor. But the Greater Burnside Business Association has been advocating for this project for at least 15 years!! It was great to have them acknowledged by the Prime Minister for their efforts.

This is great news for businesses in Burnside, and Dartmouth Crossing. And it’s fantastic news for folks who are commuting to Burnside each day.
