It sure has been a busy summer here in Dartmouth—Cole Harbour!

From events and meeting with folks across our riding, to connecting with so many active local businesses and organizations—it’s no wonder I’m kept on my toes. With our riding now home to around 100,000 people, there’s never a shortage of good conversations and ideas to bring forward.

I did manage to carve out a little staycation time with Anne and our family right here in Nova Scotia, which was a real treat.

This week, I’m in Prince Edward Island with my Atlantic Caucus colleagues, rolling up our sleeves to talk about the challenges and opportunities facing our region. These meetings are so important because they give us a chance to compare notes on what we’re hearing from you and to find stronger ways to advocate on your behalf.

Next week, we’ll head to Edmonton for National Caucus, where we’ll dive into everything from the upcoming budget and national issues, to riding-specific concerns. And before we know it, we’ll be back in Ottawa for the next sitting of the House of Commons.

As always, it’s an honour and a privilege to do this work on your behalf. Thank you for keeping me busy, and for trusting me to carry your voice forward.
