We understand the importance of supporting the livability, health, and safety of our communities.
That’s why we’ve delivered an extra $55 million to Nova Scotia through the Canada Community-Building Fund for 2021-2022. And this is on top of the $58 million we already delivered!
More than $51 million of this funding will be spent here in HRM on infrastructure projects.
The funding can be used for projects like cycling paths, road improvements, transit, recreation, tourism, and so much more. Can’t wait to see what the city does with this funding.
