In 2017, Atlantic Canadian goods exported to China, totaled more than $1.5 billion! A whopping 37% increase over 2016.
Ministers from the Government of Canada, Atlantic premiers, and Atlantic companies and organizations, visited China over the past few days as part of an Atlantic Growth Strategy mission to promote our region’s clean growth, tourism and food sectors.
11 agreements were signed in China between Atlantic Canadian organizations and companies with their Chinese counterparts!
