This morning we welcomed the Sikorsky CH-124 Sea King, number 426 to the Canadian Aviation and Space Museum in Ottawa. This particular helicopter spent more than 20 years flying out of CFB Shearwater! My team laid a wreath with our community in remembrance of those lost from the Halifax Explosion. The ceremony takes place every year at Mont Blanc Cannon Park in Dartmouth.

Over the weekend I attended A Christmas Full of Caring, in support of Margaret’s House. Thank you to the wonderful volunteers who organized this special event. And thank you to everyone who took part in the auctions and dinner. This is always a special night.
