Bonne fête nationale des Acadiens!
As you may know, Dartmouth-Cole Harbour has a wonderful francophonie community that includes great organizations like the Fédération acadienne de la Nouvelle-Écosse (FANE).
Our Government is pleased to support their efforts to increase the availability of French-language services in our province. Last year I announced funding of over $1.8 million over five years for FANE’s plan d’action communautaire.
This is a great day to celebrate the vibrant Acadian communities across our province and beyond.
