Dartmouth—Cole Harbour is experiencing significant growth, and companies here are doing incredible things.
I visited Dartmouth’s Beyond Food Inc. to announce a $425,000 repayable investment through ACOA to help them produce and package their nutritional supplements here in Nova Scotia.
And I announced an additional $500,000 investment to help them market and raise global awareness, so they can increase domestic and international sales of their products!
Dr. Burke, TJ Galiardi, and Brian Lowe, have perfected the process of transforming late stage fruits and vegetables that would otherwise be thrown out, into powders that are used in Beyond Food’s nutritional supplements!
It’s brilliant, and environmentally friendly.
