Six years later, and there are still no words that fully capture the weight of what Nova Scotia lost.
Time has moved forward, but on April 18 and 19, and always, we remember the lives that were taken and the people who should still be here.
Nova Scotia’s strength comes from our people, our communities. I will never forget how people showed up for one another in the days, weeks, and now the years that have followed.
From the blue hearts along our highways to the signs, flags, and quiet acts of care and solidarity, we were reminded of who we are.
